Lions Recycle for Sight Program
Donate Your Used Eyeglasses and Hearing Aids to the Lions Club International at the CNE!
A bright yellow Lions Club donation bin will be available throughout the CNE at Membership Booth #4426, located at the north end of the Enercare Centre in Heritage Court.
Donated eyeglasses will be sorted, cleaned, repaired, and graded by prescription. Donated hearing aids will be cleaned, repaired, and tested to ensure they are working properly. The items will then be distributed to people in need, including those in low- and middle-income countries where access to vision and hearing care may be limited.
Accepted eyeglasses include:
- New and used prescription eyeglasses
- Reading glasses
- Prescription and non-prescription sunglasses
- Bifocals, safety glasses, and children’s glasses
- Frames only and uncut lenses
